John M. Siriunas, MASc, P. Eng.

Mr. Siriunas is a qualified person per the definition of National Instrument 43-101, hold a Madters degree in applied Geology and Geo-Chemistry as a 1979 graduate of University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada. Since 1998. Mr. Siriunas has experience as President, Director, VP of Exploration, a consulting geologist and engineer for junior mining and other natural resource companies. Duties have included the carrying out and supervision of field studies, participation in regional Geo-chemical surveys, maintenance of engineering standards and liaison with government and securities agencies. Much of the associated field work has been carried out in the major mining camps of Ontario – Red Lake , Hemlo, Porcupine (Timmis), Kirkland Lake, Geraldton, and Sudbury.

Recent field work has included the successful exploration for skarn-type, iron-ore mineralization in Peru this work involved the successful involved the direction of over 9 million exploration budget over 7 year period and included over 20,000m of diamond drilling. Other foreign assignments include additional work in Peru, Chile, Costa Rica and Guyana.

Many other projects have been carried out for clients on a consulting basis These include for example petroleum,and natural gas exploration for Cantex Energy Corp., environmental and chemical for Pure Zinc Technology, Inc.and E21 Group Inc. Mr. Siriunas has 20 years experience in management of publicly traded junior mining and resource companies.
